Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in .NET application development.
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-availability backend systems.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.
Strong understanding of application security, authentication (OAuth, JWT), encryption, and secure coding practices.
Experience working on FinTech, digital banking, payment processing, financial platforms, or regulated environments is highly preferred.
Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions using .NET technologies.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services that support financial applications.
Collaborate with frontend developers, mobile developers, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
Design database structures and optimize queries to improve system performance.
Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial and customer data.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Participate in system architecture discussions and recommend technical improvements.
Review code, mentor development team members, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Develop automated tests and support CI/CD processes to maintain software quality.
Monitor application performance and continuously improve system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
