Job Description:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.
  • SAP certifications will be considered an added advantage.
  • Project Management and Governance certifications are a plus.
  • 13+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a SAP Team Lead role.
  • Experience in the Fashion Apparel or Textile industry is required.
  • Industry 4.0, RFID systems, or digital transformation experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong expertise in SAP ERP with the ability to lead a complete SAP team.
  • Proven experience in solution design and end-to-end SAP implementation with hands-on involvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end retail processes with implementation experience.
  • Strong experience in retail/POS systems and integration with manufacturing systems.
  • SAP Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms is a strong advantage.
  • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent SAP configuration skills and experience in managing system support operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with proven SAP leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP implementation, customization, and integration activities across multiple business functions.
  • Optimize business processes by leveraging SAP solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals while coordinating closely with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and real-time analytics across SAP environments.
  • Plan and oversee system upgrades, maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct SAP training programs and lead change management initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage SAP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with IT and digital transformation teams to support strategic digital initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP-related issues impacting business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements within the respective department.
