- 3+ years of professional experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and digital design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects is a plus)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience working in digital and print production environments
- Experience working in technology or product-based companies
- Exposure to motion graphics
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience supporting performance marketing creatives
- Strong ownership of brand quality and consistency
- High attention to detail and visual precision
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives
- Structured communication and collaborative execution skills

Responsibilities:
- Design creatives for digital platforms, including social media, web, campaigns, and presentations
- Create print-ready marketing and event materials
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines
- Translate briefs into strong visual concepts aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
