Job Description:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development for IT services.
  • Proven experience bidding on software development, AI/ML, web development, mobile application development, and staff augmentation projects.
  • Strong understanding of client requirements and proposal writing.
  • Experience managing Upwork profiles, lead generation, and client communication.
  • Excellent written English and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple bids, follow-ups, and project opportunities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork.
  • Prepare customized proposals based on client requirements and project scope.
  • Communicate with prospective clients and respond to project inquiries.
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings with the Business Development team.
  • Follow up with clients to maximize response and conversion rates.
  • Maintain the company's Upwork profile and bidding activities.
  • Track proposals, client interactions, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project estimates and technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on Upwork trends, client requirements, and industry best practices.
