Business Development Executive (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the IT services or staff augmentation industry.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition through LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation, IT outsourcing, and technology services.
- Experience using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- Ability to identify decision-makers, build prospect lists, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve business development targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients seeking staff augmentation and technology solutions.
- Conduct prospect research, qualify leads, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
- Present the company's services and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Manage the business development lifecycle from lead generation to proposal submission and deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly business development targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
