Requirements:
- 7-9 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy & operations, education management, development sector, or leadership support roles.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Management, Public Policy, Business, or related field would be preferred.
- Prior experience working in or closely with academic institutions (universities, higher education bodies, academic programs, or education-focused organizations).
- Demonstrated experience working directly with senior leadership (CXO / Director / Partner / VC level).
- Strong execution, organizational, and basic project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to produce clear, structured outputs.
- High ownership mindset; comfortable operating independently in evolving and ambiguous environments.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted execution partner and on-ground coordinator for senior leadership.
- Support planning, tracking, and execution of strategic, academic, and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with academic leadership, faculty, and administrative teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Prepare concise briefs, summaries, presentations, and action trackers for leadership and academic governance forums.
- Support governance processes, academic committees, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Assist in managing priority projects related to academic programs, institutional planning, and operational scale-up.
- Track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; proactively flag risks and bottlenecks.
- Serve as a reliable local point of contact for regional and cross-border initiatives.
