Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics from a recognized university.
  • +3 years of relevant experience in operations, research, procurement, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with economic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, data handling, and research techniques.
  • Ability to manage both strategic responsibilities and on-ground execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and growth.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support in managing day-to-day business operations, priorities, and execution.
  • Conduct market research and supplier analysis for raw materials, pricing trends, and sourcing opportunities within industrial and trading markets.
  • Manage vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and supply chain activities to ensure the timely availability of materials.
  • Execute on-ground tasks, including visits to markets, suppliers, and industrial areas to source products and resolve operational challenges.
  • Assist in business expansion efforts, including identifying new suppliers, products, and market opportunities.
  • Monitor and improve operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions.
  • Maintain data records, reports, and insights to support decision-making and improve business performance.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment between operations, sales, and procurement.
  • Utilize digital tools to streamline workflows, track activities, and improve operational efficiency.
