Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in HubSpot implementation and consulting.
- Proven experience working on multiple HubSpot portals with end-to-end project ownership.
- Strong expertise in discovery, solution scoping, and documentation with the ability to create clear SOWs and project plans.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills (spoken and written English).
- Strong understanding of Revenue Operations (RevOps), including lifecycle stages, lead routing, pipeline governance, and reporting frameworks.
- Experience working with offshore or distributed delivery teams while maintaining quality standards and alignment.
- Experience with system integrations (e.g., ERP/finance systems, quoting tools, customer support platforms).
- Experience in data migration and data governance within CRM environments.
- Exposure to international clients, especially in ANZ, UK, or US markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery calls and workshops with client stakeholders to understand business requirements across Sales, Marketing, and Service teams.
- Design and architect scalable HubSpot solutions using Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub (Operations Hub experience is a plus).
- Develop detailed project scopes and SOW-style documentation, including deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance criteria.
- Support pre-sales activities by reviewing requirements and ensuring proposed solutions are feasible for delivery.
- Lead project kickoffs and coordinate closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure successful execution and quality control.
- Drive client adoption through onboarding programs, training coordination, and regular business review (QBR) sessions.
- Support long-term client engagement and help transition clients into ongoing support or retainer relationships.
