- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and long sales cycles
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, and email automation tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
- Experience marketing enterprise software, ERP, construction tech, or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Webflow, or WordPress
- Basic understanding of UX, CRO, or product analytics
- Experience collaborating with sales teams on ABM or outbound initiatives
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable growth outcomes
- Data-driven decision-making approach
- Ability to align marketing execution with business and sales objectives

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Email, and SEO
- Manage demand generation initiatives aligned with sales targets
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives and messaging
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams on content and positioning
- Track and nurture leads across the funnel, from MQL to SQL
- Monitor campaign performance and provide structured reporting
- Optimize campaigns based on CAC, CPL, CTR, and conversion metrics
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research and on-page optimization
