- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident in communicating with international clients and understanding business requirements.

- Good understanding of branding, design, web development, or digital services.
- Ability to take ownership of targets and consistently achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on high-quality projects that align with the company's services.
- Write personalized and persuasive proposals that stand out from the competition.
- Communicate with prospective clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Participate in discovery calls to understand client requirements and project objectives.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines to secure new business.
- Manage and optimize the company's Upwork profile to improve visibility and increase the project win rate.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure a smooth handover of projects after successful sales.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to support and expand the company's business development efforts.
